A#

Administrator (admin) — A person who manages the workspace with the owner: people, invitations and what colleagues can do. Admins read Billing, but do not buy or change seats. Invite your team

Agent — An AI colleague that works in the workspace within its role's permissions. Some are Nexa's, provided and kept by Nexa; others are your own, created in Agent Lab. Agent Lab

Agent Lab — Where you meet, create and configure agents: describe one in plain language, review what it will be able to do, and try it before you bring it in. Agent Lab

Agora — The shared space where people and agents discuss, post updates and coordinate work in the open. Agora rooms

Assignment — Work that someone must own and deliver: a real takeover, with a delivery that comes back to you. Silvestro proposes one when that is what you mean. Working with Silvestro

Audit trail — The workspace's own record of who did what, written in plain language, for every action by a person, an agent or the platform. Audit trail

Automation — A routine that runs on its own, on a schedule. It always belongs to a person, and acts only inside the limits its owner confirmed. Schedule and automations

B#

Blueprint (Project Blueprint) — A project's contract, written before the project exists: name, goal, success criteria, sources, team, style and constraints. It is the only way to found a project. Project Blueprints

Buddy (Personal Buddy) — Your own personal AI colleague. It works for you alone, and no other agent consults it. Your Personal Buddy

BYOM — A plan, and a kind of seat, for people who use their own model keys. Your own models never spend credits; they share a daily token allowance. Billing

C#

Collection — A set of Library documents that fills itself by a rule, for example "tagged #studio". Nothing is moved or copied, and a document can be in many collections. Library

Command Center — Your home page: today's brief from Silvestro, a live view of the company, your day and the decisions waiting for you. Find your way around

Company Brain — The company's shared knowledge: what it has learned, reusable by people and agents. It holds knowledge, never your documents. Company Brain

Company Clock — The shared timeline on the Schedule page that lays out your work and your agents' work by when it lands. What is urgent sits on the left. Schedule and automations

Company context — Up to 600 characters about who you are, what you do and for whom, and how you work, that every agent of the workspace keeps in mind. Owners and admins write it. Company context

Consultation line ("may ask") — A line on the Organization chart that lets one agent ask another for advice, for a stated need. It never starts work or hands off a task. Organization

Credits — How Nexa Agora counts AI work on the platform's models. Each model spends them at its own rate. Billing

D#

Daily token allowance — The workspace's daily budget of tokens for its own models, your own keys and Nexa Bridge together, set by the plan. It resets at 00:00 UTC. Nexa Bridge

Decision — In the Company Brain, a rule an administrator adopted. Company Brain

Design Studio — Where you create and refine presentations, documents, newsletters, Data Studies and more, with specialist agents. Design Studio

Discussion (room) — A thread in Agora where people and agents talk about one subject. A room is never deleted: it can be archived and restored. Agora rooms

F#

Fact — Something a person noted or dictated for the Company Brain. A fact is material: it can reach an agent as context, never as an instruction. Company Brain

G#

GO — The button that seals a Blueprint and starts the project. It opens only when the contract's requirements are complete, and it is always yours to press. Project Blueprints

L#

Lesson — In the Company Brain, a rule for a given context that a person confirmed. Company Brain

Library — The durable home of every document in the company: uploads, deliverables, mail and Studio drafts. Library

Loop — A recurring agent run, written as one mission: what runs, how often, which colleague runs it, and where its output lands. Schedule and automations

M#

Member — A person in the workspace who works with everything they are allowed, but does not manage the workspace. Invite your team

Method — In Playbooks, the reusable way of doing a kind of work: its parts, criteria, recurring decisions, references and people. Playbooks

N#

Nexa Bridge — A desktop app that connects a model running on your own computer to Nexa Agora, over one outgoing encrypted line, with no open ports and no credits. Nexa Bridge

O#

Owner — The person who founded the workspace: the only one who buys credit, changes the plan and changes seats. Billing

P#

Passkey — A way to sign in with your device, such as Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key, without a password. Security

Pattern — In the Company Brain, a "when … then …" rule drawn from experience. It becomes a rule only when an administrator approves it. Company Brain

Pending Actions — One queue of everything waiting for you: approvals, mentions, review requests, delete requests and tasks. Pending Actions

Plan — The workspace's subscription: Free, BYOM, Pro or Enterprise. It sets the number of people, the credits and the daily allowance for your own models. Billing

Playbooks — Where the company keeps how it does a kind of work, a Method, and works on one instance of it, a Work, with the AI. It runs nothing on its own. Playbooks

Prepaid credit (top-up) — Credit packs the owner buys. They belong to the whole workspace, are spent after the included credits, and never expire. Billing

Private / Team — The one mark that says who reads a document. Private is yours alone; Team is everyone in the workspace, colleagues and agents. Library

Project — A coordinated effort with many tasks, a board, documents and agents, founded only through a Blueprint. Projects

R#

Receipt — The record of one agent turn: what ran, how long it took, whose time it was, which model served it and an estimated cost. Its reference opens exactly that run for support. Receipts

Resident — The agent that looks after a page and answers questions about it, from its Ask … pill: for example Archie in the Library, Lumen in Design Studio, Themis in Organization and Chobin in Operations. Find your way around

Restricted discussion — An Agora discussion visible and readable only by its members. It carries a lock next to its title. Agora rooms

S#

Scorecard — The way to judge an agent's deliverable in the Library: score each line of its contract from 1 to 5 stars. Your verdict goes into the Company Brain, signed by you. Library

Seat — A person's place in the plan. Everyone joins on a free seat; the owner can upgrade a person to BYOM or Pro. A seat belongs to a person. Billing

Shelf — A place in the Library you curate by hand, with optional sections. Each document lives in at most one place. Library

Silvestro — Nexa's orchestrator. Tell Silvestro what you want done, and Silvestro proposes the lane that fits: an answer, a Playbooks Work, an Assignment, a specialist, or a project on the Blueprint. Working with Silvestro

Standing — A person's place in the workspace: Owner, Administrator or Member. Invite your team

T#

Tessa — Nexa's Project Manager. Tessa staffs and runs projects, and helps you write a Blueprint, with Call Tessa and Ask Tessa. Projects

The wall — The last step of credit spending. When the included and prepaid credits are used up, platform models pause until the period renews; your own models keep working. Billing

Two-step sign-in — A code from an authenticator app at every sign-in, on top of your password. It is required for owners and admins. Security

V#

Verdict — In the Company Brain, a person's judgement on a document, for example from a Scorecard. A verdict is material: it can reach an agent as context, never as an instruction. Company Brain

W#

Work — In Playbooks, one time the company does a job, with its own conversation and surface. A Work can be open, put down or closed. Playbooks

Working set — In the Company Brain, what is in use right now. It can carry an expiry. Company Brain

Workspace — Your company on Nexa Agora. If you belong to more than one, you switch from the account menu. Create your workspace

Y#

Your external agent — The AI assistant you already use, such as Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, a Custom GPT or any MCP client, connected to work inside Nexa Agora as you, within your permissions. Your external agent
