Company context
Write the short text about your company that every agent keeps in mind in every conversation.
The company context is a short text about your company: who you are, what you do and for whom, and how you work. Every agent of the workspace keeps it in mind in every conversation, so they answer as part of your company. This page shows you where to find it and how to write a good one.
Before you start
- The company context is in Governance › Settings › Profile, on the Company context card.
- The owner and the admins write it. Every other member reads it on the same card.
- It holds at most 600 characters.
- Write it early, and keep it up to date: Nexa Agora adds it to the instructions of every agent, in every conversation. An agent knows who you are, what you do and how you work without being told each time.
Write or update the company context
This is for the owner and the admins.
Open Governance › Settings. Profile is the first page.
Scroll to the Company context card, after Language.
Write in the text box, along the three lines it suggests:
Watch the counter: … / 600 characters.
Over the limit, it reads — shorten it to save., and Save is disabled.
Click Save.
The card says Saved — it holds from the next turn. Last changed shows the date and time of the last save.
Read the company context
Open Governance › Settings, then Profile.
Read the Company context card. For a member, it is read-only.
If nobody has written it yet, the card says Not written yet — the owner and the admins of this workspace write it.
During onboarding
The onboarding tour points at the Company context card. Until it is written, a reminder can appear when the app opens: Complete your details in Settings — your name and your company's context — so the agents know who you are and what your company does. Click Open Settings to write it, or Close the reminder.
What you will see
Good to know
- A change holds from the next turn, in every conversation. It does not rewrite earlier answers.
- If Nexa wrote a longer text for the agents of your workspace, it is not shown, and the card does not appear.
- The steps of a project started from a Project Blueprint work from the blueprint's contract; the company context is not added there. See Project Blueprints.
