Privacy, plainly
We build a governed AI workplace whose whole point is that data is handled under visible rules. This site is held to the same standard — and because it collects almost nothing, this page is short.
What this site does not do
No cookies. No analytics. No trackers, pixels, or fingerprinting. No advertising identifiers. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
One preference (light or dark theme) is stored locally in your browser and never leaves it.
What you share when you write to us
Right now, nothing: the access form is paused while the company's international registration is completed, so this site collects no personal data at all. What follows describes the form as it operates when it returns.
The access form asks for your name, work email, and — optionally — your organization, team size, and a description of the workflow you want to explore. We use it for exactly one purpose: to read your request and reply to it.
No marketing lists. No resale or sharing with third parties. No automated decision-making. Your request is read by a human.
Data is stored on EU-resident infrastructure, consistent with how the product itself is built.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and the conversation that follows. If nothing comes of it, it is deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time and we will comply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, portability, or object to processing. Write to us at the contact address below, and we will act on it — the same right-to-be-forgotten discipline is engineered into the product we build.
Who is responsible
NexaEthos — a European company — is the data controller for anything submitted through this site. Contact: privacy@nexaethos.com.
