Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. About these terms. Nexa Agora is provided by NexaEthos S.L., a limited company incorporated in Spain, tax identification number B93751808, with its registered office at Calle Santa Juliana 9, 29130 Alhaurín de la Torre (Málaga), Spain, registered with the Registro Mercantil. These terms govern your use of Nexa Agora with your account. Please read them before accepting them. The workspace you work in belongs to an organisation, and its agreement with NexaEthos (the Terms of Sale and the documents it names) governs the workspace and its subscription. Accepting these terms does not purchase a subscription in your name or authorise you to enter into an agreement on your organisation's behalf.
2. Access and your account. Nexa Agora is intended for adults. You must use an account you are authorised to access, protect your sign-in credentials and second factor, and tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised use. What you can see and do in a workspace depends on the permissions its administrators give you and on the services available to your organisation.
3. Using Nexa Agora. You may use Nexa Agora for the work of the workspaces you belong to. You must not use it for unlawful activities, infringe other people's rights, distribute malware or spam, access information without authorisation, break the separation between workspaces, get around the service's controls, or interfere with the service. You must not resell access without authorisation, extract data abusively or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload content or connect external accounts.
4. Objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Nexa Agora is a workspace for organisations, not a social network: you only meet the people and AI agents of the workspaces you were invited to. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, upload or ask an AI agent to produce content that harasses, threatens or demeans others, that is sexually explicit, or that makes serious harm easier. To report content that breaks these rules, write to support@nexaethos.com, naming the workspace, the message or answer and your reason; in the iPhone app you can also report from the message itself. Your workspace's administrators must remove objectionable content reported to them and remove from the workspace the members who break these rules. NexaEthos reviews every report of objectionable content within 24 hours and removes the content and deactivates the account of the user responsible when it breaks these terms (section 8).
5. Artificial intelligence. Nexa Agora uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, analyse content and carry out tasks. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information, and similar outputs may be produced for other users. Review outputs before relying on them, particularly for significant decisions or actions. AI responses do not replace qualified professional advice. Actions performed through connected services, such as sending an email, creating an event or changing a repository, depend on the permissions and instructions you or your organisation provide. Review these carefully before authorising an action.
6. Your content and privacy. Using Nexa Agora does not transfer ownership of your content to NexaEthos. You authorise us to process that content as necessary to provide the service, subject to your organisation's agreement and to data protection obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and how you can exercise your rights. Your organisation may also provide information about its handling of workspace data.
7. Availability and updates. Features may vary according to your account, your workspace's configuration and plan. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We provide Nexa Agora with reasonable care. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every AI-generated response will be accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Ending access. You may stop using Nexa Agora at any time. Leaving a workspace or stopping use does not delete your account or cancel your organisation's agreement. To delete your account, write to privacy@nexaethos.com from the address of the account, or use Account → Delete my account in the iPhone app. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a serious breach of these terms, objectionable content or abusive behaviour, a security risk or a legal obligation. When possible we tell you the reason and the remedy first.
9. Emails. We send you the emails the service needs: verification and sign-in, security of your account, invitations, changes to these terms. News and updates about the platform reach you only if you chose them with the optional checkbox; you can switch them off at any time in your settings or through the link in every such email, and the rest of the service is unaffected.
10. Changes, law and contact. We will notify you of material changes to these terms and ask you to accept the new version before you continue. Changes will not remove rights you have already acquired. The version in force can always be opened and downloaded on our website, also from Settings › Profile › Legal texts; the confirmation email of your account links the version you accepted. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rights. For questions about Nexa Agora or these terms: support@nexaethos.com. For privacy matters: privacy@nexaethos.com.
