Asking Chobin

Ask Chobin, the Operations Intelligence agent, to explain what Operations and the Company Brain show.

For owners and adminsRun your workspace · page 15 of 35

Chobin is the Operations Intelligence agent: Chobin explains system health, usage and anomalies. Chobin is the resident of every Operations tab and also reads the Company Brain. Chobin explains; Chobin does not operate. This page shows you where to find Chobin and what to ask.

Before you start#

  • Anyone who opens an Operations tab or the Company Brain can ask Chobin.
  • Chobin works within its role's permissions and reads only what your workspace's record holds.

Ask about the page you are on#

  1. 1

Open any tab of Governance › Operations.

  2. 2

Click Ask Chobin at the top right, or the button in the Ask Chobin footer at the bottom of the tab.

A drawer opens on the right, labeled with the page, for example Operations · Audit trail. Chobin already has a snapshot of what the page shows.

01Ask Chobin sits at the top right of every Operations tab.
  1. 3

Click Diagnose this page to ask the page's own question, or type your own and send it.

02Chobin answers in plain words, about what the page shows.

Each tab has its own question:

  • Pulse — Diagnose the current state of Operations → Pulse — any service risk, and what to watch.
  • Scheduled jobs — Review the scheduled jobs — anything overdue, misconfigured, or at risk?
  • Audit trail — Review the recent workspace activity and flag anything unusual or risky.
  • Usage — Analyze LLM usage — who and which models consume the most, cost-efficiency outliers, and any unusual spikes.

When a page shows a warning or a critical signal, the pill carries a dot and the footer reads Signals detected — open for a diagnosis. On Pulse, the diagnosis question is already in the chat box when you open it; you still press send.

03A dot and a footer line tell you something needs a look.

Ask about the Company Brain#

  1. 1

Open Knowledge › Company Brain and click Ask Chobin.

  2. 2

Pick a suggested question, or write your own:

What is the Brain learning lately?
What should we decide right now?
    Where are we contradicting ourselves?
    Where are we wasting tokens?
  3. 3

To go to the Brain from the chat, click Open the Company Brain.

04On the Company Brain, Chobin starts from four questions.

Good questions to ask#

  • "Is this a problem?", about an audit entry or a receipt.
  • "Whose time was this run, and why was it slow?", on a receipt.
  • "Which agents used the most tokens this week, and is anything unusual?", on Usage.
  • "Is any scheduled job overdue or failing?", on Scheduled jobs.

What you will see#

The drawer's subtitle: Operations intelligence — numbers + sources, no fix prescriptions.
In the chat: You are talking directly to Chobin. It can only act within its role's permissions; Silvestro keeps company-level oversight.
Answers in plain words, with numbers and where they come from.

Good to know#

  • Chobin cannot change a routine, approve anything or delete records. Change routines on the Company Clock, in Focus › Schedule, and take decisions in Focus › Pending Actions.
  • Diagnostics of Nexa's servers are not Chobin's to show.
  • The snapshot Chobin receives is what the page shows you at that moment. Ask again after the page changes.
  • For a specific run, open its receipt first, then ask Chobin to read it with you.
  • Chobin is one of Nexa's agents: the same in every workspace, and read-only in Agent Lab.
